LaTeX2e Style for PSC Proceedings
 * A standard LaTeX style supplied by Springer Verlag for Lecture Notes on Computer Science in combination with a PSC LaTeX Style is used for preparation of our proceedings.
 * The PSC Style has been introduced to cleanly modify a page layout and some other subtle details in the LNCS style.
 * A PSC BibStyle has been introduced to assure unified style of bibliographical references throughout the proceedings.
